First ever
Patna marathon still remains a dream. Why this happened is not so important. Important is to learn from this and have better planning and preparation for next time.
What makes Facebook different is its ability to perform and extremely stressful conditions where it handles gracefully "hundreds of millions of requests per second". An ordinary site usually does not even survive thousand requests per second. Thats makes Facebook different and extraordinary. Same is true with human.
It will be interesting to see if team PM will break into pieces, listen to the
energy suckers, start pointing at one another, lose all the hope and interest and give up eventually. Alternatively, they will withstand this acid test and come up stronger and convert this adversity into opportunity and doom into a boom. Swami Vivekanand has said "Each work has to pass through these stages — ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance". A infinite zeal and courage to pass through all of these stages.
Dr. Harivansh Rai "Bachchan" said "मन का हो तो अच्छा, ना हो तो ज्यादा अच्छा". If your wish come true, it's good. If not, even better as that is God's wish. And he has different plans for you". Few days back team PM has informed that they need to arrange Rs. 15 lakhs as some key sponsors backed off. There wee many other concerns raised every now and then. I believe that happens with every event and continues even after endlessley. The need is to identify those risks and have proper mitigation strategy.
Also as lot of people have donated to this cause, it will be good idea to ask them if they would like to make the account statements public and give them option to have the money. Another idea is to fix the money for may be 100 days or under another guaranteed scheme.
The positive side is that PM initiative (in subsequent to BEN) has built hope and brought the dreamers together which will lead the foundation of dream Bihar where every corner will have non-stop electricity, fast internet, abundant employment opportunities, quality hospitals, schools and roads. In short, we have health, wealth and harmony for everyone.
Dream Bihar and dream India will not be built by incompetent leaders who became so because of luck, charisma or buttering and mostly claim development on paper and indulge themselves in extreme corruption, deceiptful illusion, skilled indirection, total inaction, umpteen pretention, neverending procrastination character assasination, might demonstration and so on. The need is that we get millions of star instead of one sun or superstar. Single superstar trend leads to parasitism which have been hurting state and country consistently.
PM/BEN movements have conceived and connected the future leaders of Bihar, thousands of shining stars. The kind of energy, motivation, cooperation and harmony demonstrated has been incredible, laudable and most welcome. By leaders I mean not only limited to political leadership but in broader aspects like visionary, entrepreneur, social, achievers leaders.
