नरेन्द्र मोदी को गुजरात चुनाव में निर्णायक विजय के लिए बधाई देता हूँ. निःसंदेह वो गुजरात में सर्वोपरि हैं.

पर कुछ डाटा प्रस्तुत करता हूँ नीचे तस्वीर में.

ध्यान से देखिये तो बीजेपी हर तरफ माइनस में है.

हैरत कि बात है कि कांग्रेस प्लस में है, वो भी इतने घोटाले, भ्रस्टाचार, अव्यस्था, महंगाई और नाकामियों के बावजूद.

मन में सवाल आता है.

बीजेपी क्यों नहीं कांग्रेस के नाकामी का चेक भुना पाई? नीचे की तस्वीर बीजेपी कि स्तिथि बताती है.

बीजेपी कमजोर कांग्रेस को भी पटकनी नहीं दे पा रही है. कर्नाटक में किरकिरी हो रही है. बाकी दक्षिण में कोई पूछने वाला नहीं. यू पी में नामोनिशान नहीं. बिहार में नीतीशजी के रहमो करम पर है.

कारण हो सकता है कि बीजेपी न तो कांग्रेस से अलग लगती है न ही कुछ अलग करती है.

हिमाचल प्रदेश में बीजेपी सरकार गवा बैठी. मोदी का जादू भी चल नहीं पाया. ये हार गुजरात के बाहर मोदी के अस्तित्व पर, उनके प्रभाव पर प्रश्न नहीं लगाता? बीजेपी कभी इतना कमजोर नहीं था. क्या पार्टी मर रही है? जब अडवानीजी और अटलजी अपने चरम पर थे तो उनका प्रभाव देश के कोने कोने में दीखता था. अटलजी रिटायर हो गए, अडवानीजी ने जिन्ना प्रकरण में अपने पांव पर कुल्हारी मार ली. तब से पार्टी उस कद के नेता के लिए तरस रही है. मोदी वो चमक राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर दिखा नहीं पाए हैं. गुजरात के बाहर उनका प्रभाव नगण्य दिखता है.

यदि मोदीजी का गोल गुजरात में सिमटे रहना है तो वो कम से कम अगले पांच साल तक कामयाबी का जश्न मानाने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं.

पर यदि मोदी की आकांक्षा दिल्ली है तो उन्हें गुजरात छोड़ना चाहिए. दिल्ली बसना चाहिए. नए सिरे से बीजेपी के उत्थान के लिए काम प्रारंभ करना चाहिए. देश भ्रमण करना चाहिए. नयी शुरुवात एक घोषणा के साथ कि गुजरात जीत के दिया बीजेपी को, अब हिन्दुस्तान देंगे.

पर क्या वो ये कर पाएंगे?

एक व्यवसायी समाज से होने के कारण ये कदम आसान नहीं होगा उनके लिए. व्यवसायी नफा नुकसान सोचते हैं, रिस्क से बचते हैं, पाई पाई का मोह रखते हैं. दिल्ली की गद्दी दूध को फूंक फूंक के पीने वाले और अपने घर में शेर बनाने वाले हासिल नहीं कर सकते. दिल्ली की गद्दी या तो विरासत में मिलती है या कर्म से या मज़बूरी से. विरासत उनके पास है नहीं, मज़बूरी या रहम शायद उनको कबूल न हो. रास्ता बचता है कर्म का.

मोदीजी को फिर से बधाई और शुभकामना.

हाल में एक शादी में शरीक हुआ. लड़के से बात हुयी. अच्छा पढ़ा, लिखा, टॉप कोलेज से एम बी ए. एक बड़े एम एन सी में मार्केटिंग हेड.

बहुत पहले एक जोक सुना था. एक आदमी की शादी तय हुयी. ससुराल में हल्ला था कि लड़का तो बहुत बड़ा टिम्बर मर्चेंट है. बाद में पता चला वो दातुन बेचता था. बहुत जोर से हंसा था मैं.

आज फिर वो जोक याद आया. पर हंसी नहीं आई.

लड़का कोलगेट कंपनी में डेंटल प्रोडक्ट अकाउंट का जोनल प्रभारी है. वाइट कोलर जॉब. महीने में एक लाख टूथ ब्रश तो आराम से हो जाता है. ऑफर्स, विज्ञापन हो तो और ज्यादा.

टी वी में डेंटिस्ट कहते हैं कि टूथ पेस्ट बदलते रहे कुछ महीने पर. हम दातुन हर रोज बदलते थे. नीम का दातुन निरोग भी रखता था और दन्त भी मजबूत करता था. दातुन मिलता रहे इसलिए लोग नीम का पेंड जगह लगाते थे.

फीचर कमोबेश वही है, ट्रेंड बदल गया है. हम वेस्ट को ब्लाइंडली फोलो करने लगे हैं. बेहतर होगा सेंसिब्ली फोलो करे. अपनी अच्छी चीजें बचा के रखे और वेस्ट की अच्छी चीजें ही अपनाये. जैसे वेस्ट करता आया है योग, आयुर्वेद को अपनाकर.

Modi and Congress Won, BJP and India lost

In spite of the record breaking scams, sky high inflation, staggering growth rate and failure at every front, Congress could win in Himachal Pradesh and improve it's seat tally and vote percentage in Gujrat.



Clearly BJP is not able to capitalize on the failures of Congress. They are the biggest loser in this election. Will they open their eyes? Is BJP dying?

The credit of success in Gujrat goes to only and only Mr. Narendra Modi. But he could not influence the voters in Himachal Pradesh. He has lost another opportunity to prove his existence beyond Gujrat. This might be a setback for his ambition to become Prime minister of India.

Aam Aadmeez of Aam Aadmi Party did not even think to participate in the elections as they are busy talking with Aam Admeez like us through media and Facebook. No idea when they will start reaching with majority of Aam Admeez who stay in small towns and villages. Leave Youtube and Facebook. Those aam admi did not even listen radio or watch TV as they are usually busy to earn food for two times. 527 days left for 2014 elections. Now there is less than one day for each of the 545 parliament seats. You can see the countdown on the top right corner of this web page.

Not a good sign for India and Indians.

What is the impact of 2G SCAM on us

One question always comes in my mind is "what is the impact of 2G SCAM on us, as a common Indian citizen"? The quest became intense after watching another program on NDTV.

When I look back I see that Local and STD call charges had dropped significantly in India in few decades.

Here is a graph which compares the price from 1999 till 2006 and reveals that mobiles call rates have fallen from Rs 14.0/Minute in 1996-97 to Rs 0.5/Minute.




What is 2G scam?
Wiki: "The 2G spectrum scam involved politicians and government officials in India illegally undercharging mobile telephony companies for frequency allocation licenses, which they would then use to create 2G subscriptions for cell phones. The shortfall between the money collected and the money which the law mandated to be collected is estimated to be 176,645 crore (US$32.15 billion), as valued by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India based on 3G and BWA spectrum auction prices in 2010."

What actually happened?
Wiki: "In November 2007 Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh had written a letter to telecom minister A. Raja directing him to ensure allotment of 2G spectrum in a fair and transparent manner and to ensure license fee was properly revised. Raja wrote back to the Prime Minister rejecting many of his recommendations. In the same month Ministry of Finance wrote a letter to Department of Telecommunications (DOT) raising concerns over the procedure adopted by it but DOT went ahead with its plan of giving 2G licenses. It preponed the cut-off date to 25 September, from 1 October 2007. Later on the same day, DoT posted an announcement on its website saying those who apply between 3.30 and 4.30 pm on that very day would be issued licences in accordance with the said policy."

What is the impact on us?
In 2007 if 2G spectrum would have been auctioned, I am not sure whether Government of India would have got 176,645 crore or not. But I am sure about one thing. If telecom providers would have paid 176,645 crore, they must have passed this burden to us. The mobile phone call cost would have been increased just like everything including petrol prices mentioned below.



Some time back I was overwhelmed when I saw a rickshaw puller in remote village talking on his mobile phone. Even poorest people who cannot afford food for two times a day, can afford mobile. Buy a phone for few hundreds, charge for few rupees and stay connected for months as the incoming calls are free and missed call doesn't cost anything. The call rates is still 50 paisa per minute or even lower.

Evolution in mobile technology, cheap mobile phones and cheaper call rates has empowered citizen of India to communicate 24 X 7.

Hence I think that, not auctioning the 2G spectrum was not the real scam. It was good for us.

Why Swan and Unitech?
Wiki: "Companies like Unitech & Swan Telecom got licenses without any prior telecom experience. Swan Telecom got the license even though it did not meet eligibility criteria. Swan got license for 1,537 crore (US$279.73 million) and then it sold 45% stake to UAE based company Etisalat for 4,200 crore (US$764.4 million). Unitech Wireless, a subsidiary of the Unitech Group, got license for 1,661 crore (US$302.3 million) and later sold 60% stake for 6,200 crore (US$1.13 billion) to Norway based company Telenor."

Why license awarded to least known Swan and Unitech? Why existing players like BSNL/MTNL or Bharti/Airtel or Hutch/Vodafone were sidelines?

I ask myself what if the existing players would have got the license by paying few thousand crores? They might have started increasing the call rates by complaining about this license price and increasing inflation. When the license was given to the unknown players, this increased the competition. The new providers tried to build their customer base and existing providers continued to protect their market share. Hence price remained lower and worked in favour of the us.

Then what was the real scam?
Govt of India got only 1,537 crore from Swan who immediately made 4,200 crore. Govt of India got only 1,661 crore from Unitech who quickly made 6,200 crore.

This quick and easy money made by Unitech and Swan by selling stakes to foreign multi-nationals was the real scam.

The 176,645 crore scam sound more political to me and overstressed, just too much.

However strict rules should be made to avoid the brokers like Swan and Unitech. And the offenders must be punished.

हरश्रृंगार - प्रकृति का अनुपम उपहार

हरश्रृंगार एक अदभुत फूल है, छोटा सा प्यारा सा! पटल का श्वेत रंग स्वच्छता का प्रतीक, नारंगी डंडी श्रींगार का और मनमोहक भीनी भीनी खुशबु ईश्वर का प्रतीक. हर घर का श्रृंगार, प्रकृति का अनुपम उपहार.

दशहरे के समय याद कर रहा था इस फूल को. इस फूल को पूजा में चढ़ाते थे. जमीन पर गिरा फूल अपवित्र होता है. इसलिए पेड़ के जड़ के पास के जमीन को गोबर से नीपा जाता था. नीपे हुए जमीन पर गिरा फूल अपित्र नहीं माना जाता. फिर सवेरे सवेरे फूल्डाली ले के निकल पड़ते थे फूल लाने. छोटा था तो प्रेम कुमार काकी, बाबा या दाई (दादी) की उंगली पकड़ कर. कुछ बड़ा हुवा तो अकेले ही. सूर्य के उगने से पहले की लालिमा जीवन में रंग भरते. हरे घास पर ओस की बुँदे पांव धो कर स्वागत करते तो घास की जड़ की गीली मिटटी बाटा हवाई चप्पल से आलिंगन और छोटी छोटी चिड़िया प्रभात वंदना. फिर फूल तोड़ता पहले हरश्रृंगार फिर कनैल फिर बेला, गेंदा, दूब, बेलपत्र इत्यादि. फिर सीना तान के लौटता था भरा हुवा फूल्डाली के साथ. बौकी अंगना नीप रही होती थी और उसके हाथ के बाल्टी में पवित्र गोबर का लेप खचाखच भरा हुआ. घर की महिलाये महादेव बना रहे होते और पुरुष दालान पर. बिन्देसर के द्वारा लाया गया नीम का दंतमन को कोलगेट मंजन के साथ रगड़ता. फिर माटी के चूल्हे के ऊपर लोहे की लोहिया में घंटो तक उबला हुआ भैंस का खांटी दूध, स्टील के बड़े से गिलास में, एक चौथाई छाली से भरा हुआ और शक्करयुक्त. बाबा के अंगोछा में गरम गिलास पकड़ के सुरक सुरुक के पीता दूध. फिर कभी कभी साथ में मोध से भरा रोटी का रोल. जैसे ही दाई तुलसी चौरा का परिक्रम पूरा करती और बाबा के बाम ब्रू ख़तम होता दौड़ता प्रसादी के लिए.

फूल तो फूल, पत्ते का भी कम महत्व नहीं है. कितनी बार मियांदी बुखार होता तो दो हफ्ते का देहाती इलाज. नरम पत्तों को मारीच के साथ पीस के पिलाया जाता. बहुत कड़वा पर काम कर जाता. फिर इस पेड़ में छोटे छोटे फल लगते हैं जो खाया नहीं जाता. पर फल को छील अन्दर के गोटी को निकाल कर उसको आँखों के पलक में लगा के काली माई बन जाते. क्या मस्ती भरा खेल था. कभी सोचता हूँ कि दोषी हूँ अपने बच्चों का.. पता नहीं वो ये अनुभव कर पाएंगे नहीं.

चलिए एक गहरी सांस लेते हैं. रविवार ख़तम, कल ऑफिस जाना है.

Will Kejriwal Party be any different?

In one of my previous post I welcomed the decision by Team IAC (India Against Corruption) to form a political party.

The bitter experience by every existing political party made me hopeless and pessimist.

Will Kejriwal Party be any different?

What if he also become the same, another name in the list of corrupt Indian politicians?

I have been worried, scared and doubtful.

However I think that if I continue to vote for UPA or NDA or 3rd front, things will hardly change. They will continue to do what they have been doing.

I have made my decision that I will vote for Kejriwal. Corrupt UPA or NDA or 3rd front will hardly change anything. But Kejriwal might do something good for India. The reason behind this faith is Kejriwal's reputed work in the Right To Information and India Against Corruption movements.

Though I still suspect that the history will repeat it self.

Mahatma Gandhi lead us to freedom and a herd of corrupt, selfish and power hungry politicians took over the nation and started ruling for generations with personal agenda alaways over the top of the national agenda. Bapu spent his last days in extreme despair. His soul still might be grieving. Bapu could have gifted this legacy to his children and they could have ruled. But his generations hardly have any influence in the politics of India. Bapu did not think of his own children and that is one of the reasons to call him the Father of the nation.

Decades later, Mr. Jayaprakash Narayan gave us another movement. This gave birth to many powerful leaders of today. But these leaders did not do any different. Jayaprakash Babu spent his last days ailing and desserted. His soul might be still ailing.

I have a feeling that India Against Corruption movement lead by Mr. Kejriwal will be another historical movement. But I afraid that again this movement will bring same result in the long run. But I wish not.

In the great Ocean of
Indian Political home,
Tsunami of movements
will continue to come.

That will wash away all
and change it's dimension,
will raise new hope and trust
and put a new foundation.

Then waves of opportunist
will take over again,
and start leading India
for personal gain.

The history will repeat

चुटकी भर ईमानदारी

समाचार देख रहा था टेलीविजन पर. उफ़ कितने सारे विज्ञापन आते हैं. वो जमाना गया जब समाचार या कार्यक्रम के बीच में विज्ञापन दिखाया जाता था. अब तो मानो जैसे विज्ञापन के बीच में कार्यक्रम दिखाया जाता है.

टाटा नमक का विज्ञापन देखा. कुछ इस तरह का सन्देश है "यदि हर माँ अपने बच्चे को चुटकी भर ईमानदारी रोज दे तो देश तो इमानदार बनेगा ही."

सोचने लगा.

टाटा नमक की कीमत सोलह रूपये से शुरू होती है. देश की साठ प्रतिशत आबादी गरीब है और वो ये नमक नहीं खरीद सकती. धन्यवाद सरकार को और मुद्रास्फीति को.

बीस प्रतिशत जनता राजनेता, सरकारी नौकरशाह, बाबू, दलाल, माफिया, बिचौलियों की जमात है और उसमे में अधिकांशतः बेईमानी की रोटी खाते हैं. वो लोग अपने बच्चो को टाटा नमक खिलाने की सोच भी नहीं सकते. कही संतान इमानदार निकल गया तो? दुनिया को, बिरादरी वाले को क्या मुंह दिखायेंगे? सोच के ही उनका कलेजा मुंह को आ जाता होगा. बेचारे. टाटा नमक को उनपे रहम क्यूँ नहीं आता?

अब बाकी की बीस प्रतिशत जनता के लिए नमक के दर्जनों विकल्प हैं. तो टाटा नमक के लिए कितना बाजार बचता है? उनके लिए सलाह. ये ईमानदारी वाला विज्ञापन जल्द से जल्द बंद कर दे. बाजार में हिस्सेदारी बढ़ जाएगी.

I was watching news on television. Oh my God! So many advertisements! Those days are gone when advertisements used to come between programs. Those days are gone when there use to be commercial breaks between programs. Now a days it is program breaks between commercials. Programs come between advertisements.

I saw Tata Salt's advertisement which is very frequent these days. The message goes something like this "If every mother serve their child a pinch of salt, country is bound to be honest."

I was lost in thoughts.

The price of Tata salt starts from Rupees sixteen. So sixty percent of the population is poor and cannot afford it. Thanks to the government and inflation.

Twenty percent include politicians, leaders, babus, brokers, middlemen, mafia and majority of them practice corruption and unfair methods religiously. They cannot even think of serving Tata salt to their children. What if the child become honest and nationalist. How they we show their face to their community? Poor guys! Why Tata salt did not even think of their concerns?

Remaining twenty percent public have over a dozen alternative of salts. So how much potential market left for India? An advice for them! Please take back this advertisement as soon as possible. This will increase their market share.

Baba Ramdev against corruption

Baba Ramdev has started his second inning of the fight against corruption.

On day one he started praising government, Prime Minister, Mother Sonia Gandhi and Brother Rahul.

From next day he started rebuking government. And now he started provoking people by telling to be prepared to go to jail.

The question is that will he be there to lead them to jail? Or just like last time, will he run away in female disguise and left the poor supporters and followers on the mercy of Police?

Time will tell!

Though I had strongly protested last year's action in my post Shameful act by government of India.

Also, I mentioned on my post last year "God only knows the truth but the Baba has been alleged for tax evasion, abduction, murder and many other controversies and it might be easy to nail down Baba by blackmailing by the veterans in Congress."

So, I doubt on the success of the movement by Baba. But he can get a political advantage!

If I need to choose between Anna, Kejriwal, Baba, UPA and NDA. I will vote for Anna, Kejriwal.

If Anna, Kejriwal is not there then my vote will go for Baba!

The reason is simple. UPA or NDA will hardly change anything. Kejriwal, Baba or Anna might!

Bihar vs Gujrat

Yesterday a reporter asked about best governed indian states to RSS supremo Mr. Mohan Bhagwat. Mr. Bhagwat replied “Bihar, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh to some extent, MP to some extent, some parts of Maharashtra.”

Media made a big hype again. And the leaders perhaps without watching the interview or without knowing the context started praising or criticising the statement.

The bottom line is that Mr. Bhagwat never said that Bihar is above Gurjat. He just named the states and knowingly or knowingly he started with Bihar. I doubt if he siad it intentionally, as RSS backing Mr. Modi these days.

And media got a chance!

Wow media! Anyway, controversy means TRP which eventually means business!

New political alternative on the eve of Sixty-fifth Indepence anniversary

One of my friend shared this photo on my Facebook wall. On first glance, I was tempted to like it. But something stopped me.

There was only transfer of power on August 15, 1947. Mother India has been continuously looted in last sixty five years by the corrupt nexus of politicians, bureaucrats and mafia. Our parents have paid the price and we are paying. And if we will not act today, even our children will suffer tomorrow.

As I mentioned in my post "Are we bringing up chicken": I often ask myself "will our children too have to go through same what we are going through"? Are we bringing them up as chicken for the system so that their blood can be sucked or they can be butchered by the system? One day they will have voting rights to choose a corrupt government, they will live in awful law and order condition and pay income taxes on time when they start earning which will be looted.

I see a ray of light since Team Anna proclaimed to provide a political alternative to citizen's of India.

Many liked many did not. For me it's a wish come true!

Even being doubtful on individuals, with a hope for better tomorrow I have always supported anti-corruption movements. Cause is bigger than individual.

In my post When democracy failing why not Lokpal will? I raised a question:
When the complete infrastructure of democracy is crumbling, what is the guarantee that the Lokpals and Lokpal bill will not meet the same fate?

The constitution in this so called great democratic republic has provisions to tackle each and every challenge and there is provision to update them through a transparent procedure on the floor in parliament or assembly. Unfortunately that is often underutilized and/or misused by every government whether it is Congress, BJP or other party.

Why the UPA/NDA/XYZ govt will bring a strong anti-corruption lokpal bill? Their members are the major beneficiary of the corruption. Why they will axe themselves?

India is a free country and people have right to vote. There is no dictatorship. Then why to waste energy by fasting and movements?

Hence I have been always insisting on the need of strong political alternative.

But that is a mammoth task.

Majority of Indians are least privileged, uneducated, live in villages, speak different languages and have no access to Facebook, Twitter and private news channel.

They vote for caste, food, money.

How to educate citizens about what is right for them and country?

How Team Anna will find and nurture the leaders at grass root level in every village of India?

There will be flood of candidates to contest election on their ticket. Many will come and offer to donate few crores on a condition to get
ticket to contest. Funds will be required. How Team Anna will overcome that temptation?

Few suggestions:
1. Establish an election fund and start campaign for donation. The balance sheet should be public. This will ensure accountability and transparency. People will know from where money is coming and where it is going.

2. Ask for nomination for leaders at root level. Advertise! Candidates should be honest, law abiding, hard working, socially acceptable and have successful track record in any field. A proper background verification is a must.

3. Plan and start extensive Bharat yatra.

4. Take help of places of worship and place India against corruption Hoondi or donation boxes there.

5. Set up a radio channel. Create informative audio/video contents in each language and start distributing and educating people. Have tie ups with telecom providers to distribute these message on mobile.

If I need to choose between Anna, Kejriwal, Baba, UPA and NDA. I will vote for Anna, Kejriwal.

If Anna, Kejriwal is not there then my vote will go for Baba!

The reason is simple. UPA or NDA will hardly change anything.

Kejriwal, Baba or Anna might!

Appeal to citizen:
Be the change you want to see. Support Team Anna by all means for the sake of the future of your own children!

India Income Tax Return Online Filing with Form 16

Dear friends,

In case you have not submitted your ITR and you have your FORM 16 from a single company then you can easily do it online following the below steps:

1. you can download the ITR from excel utility
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/individual_huf.do



Select assessment year 2012-2013 (Funny, you got salary in 2011-2012 but you need to file for for 2012-2013) :D

If you have no loss/income from properties to file then use ITR1.
If you have loss/income from properties for example home loan then use ITR2.

2. Then fill below sheets (Red is mandatory, if default value is there for red items then that should work for you)

2.1.Sheet: PART A - GENERAL

2.6. Click button Calculate Tax followed by button Generate. An XML file will be generated in the folder where EXCEL file exists.



3. Login at the site https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/individual_huf.do
(Register using your PAN, if not done at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/register.do?screen=registerPage1)

Then select as shown below.



4. Upload the xml file generated in 2.6

5. Download the acknowledgement zip/pdf from the given link for sure. As I did not get it in my inbox immediately :D. It came after days.

6. To open the pdf use password pan in lower case followed by ddmmyyy. Take a print, sign it and send it to by post to address given in the pdf at bottom.

7. In few weeks you will get email about the successful return with attachement. Take print of the pdf and put in your financial folder.

Fuel priced hiked again!

In my post on June 5th, 2011 titled "Are we bringing up chicken?" I expressed my frustration against the price hike.

Fuel priced hiked again!

Price of petrol in Delhi on May 2011 = Rs 63.37
Price of petrol in Delhi on May 2012 = Rs 73.14

In one year the petrol price increased by Rs 10.

In 1989 the price of petrol was Rs 8 per litre.
Rs 8 to Rs 73 in less than 25 years.

UPA brings more disappointments. Will NDA do any different?

During NDA regime in 19-03-98 to 22-05-04, LPG price increased from Rs 140 to 280 approx as displayed below.

Complain against errant auto drivers in Bangalore

Are you fed of errant auto drivers in Bangalore?

सफल राजनीतिज्ञ मडोना कुमार

भारत की पावन धरा पर अनगिनत अनोखे राजनीतिज्ञ हुए हैं| ये कहानी है एक सफल राजनीतिज्ञ की|

जब वो छोटा सा था बहुत जिद्दी था| हमेशा जिद करता| माँ ये दो न, माँ वो दो न| माँ दोना, माँ दोना| तो बापू ने उसका नाम मडोना कुमार रख दिया|

कहानियों का उसपे जबर्दश्त प्रभाव होता| श्रवण कुमार की कहानी सुनी मन में गहरा प्रभाव पड़ा| हमेशा सोचता उस बर्तन के बारे में जिसमें एक तरफ खीर बनती तो दूसरी तरफ खिचड़ी और किसी को शक न हो| और वो हमेशा रिवर्स थिओरी अपनाता|

बहुत सफल रहा अपने विद्यार्थी जीवन में| बड़ा हुवा| लगा वो राजनीती के लिए जन्मा है| चुनाव लड़ने की ठानी|

जिस क्षेत्र से खड़ा हुवा वह के मुख्य सड़क पे बहुत लोग मारे जाते दुर्घटना में, बहुत सारे लोग कर्रेंट लगने से मारे जाते और बहुत सारे लोग बेरोजगारी और कर्ज से तंग आ कर ख़ुदकुशी कर लेते| कारखानों में मजदुर का शोषण होता, व्यापारी उद्यमी लोगो का खून चूसते| पानी की समस्या थी, लोग के घरों में पानी नहीं आता| वादा किया, विजय हुवा तो इलाके में ही नहीं पुरे राज्य में सारी समस्याओं का समाधान करेगा|

लोग जानते थे, मेधावी है, जो कहता है करता है| सो लोगो ने खूब साथ दिया, रिकॉर्ड मत से जीता|

मंत्री बन पथ निर्माण विभाग सँभालने लगा| कानून निकाला कही भी नयी सड़क नहीं बनेगी, किसी सड़क की मरम्मत नहीं होगी| कुछ महीनो में सड़क जर्जर हो गए, वाहनों की गति थम गयी|

लोगो के आँखों में आँशु थे! मडोना ने कर दिखाया| अब कोई अपने प्रियेजन नहीं खोता सड़क दुर्घटना में| जहा जाता जय हो जय हो की गूंज होती|

मुख्य मंत्री ने एक दिन कहा मडोना जी अब बिजली विभाग संभालिये| प्रभार संभाला, हुक्म जारी किया, राज्य में बिजली बंद की जाए|

लोगो के आँखों में आँशु थे! मडोना ने कर दिखाया| अब कोई अपने प्रियेजन नहीं खोता कर्रेंट लगने से|

फिर गृह मंत्रालय संभाला, ऐसा कानून और व्यस्था बनाया कि उद्यमी बाप बाप कर राज्य से भाग गए| उद्योग बंद हो गए|

लोगो के आँखों में आँशु थे! मडोना ने कर दिखाया| अब कोई शोषण नहीं, कोई खून चूसने वाला नहीं|

फिर जल नियोजन संभाला, सारे बांधों को दिन रात खड़े होके तुड़वा डाला|

लोगो के आँखों में आँशु थे! मडोना ने कर दिखाया| अब उनका घर आँगन पानी से भरा रहता था|

अब न सड़क थी, न बिजली, न काम था, और घर-खेत डूबे थे सो लोग पलायन करने लगे|

जो लोग बचे रह गए उनकी आँखों में आँशु थे! मडोना ने कर दिखाया| जब लोग ही नहीं, तो ख़ुदकुशी कौन करता|

Anna and Ramdev.. whats cooking?

Anna's movement is being supported by the suffering common man. Team Anna's decision to join hands with Baba Ramdev raises many questions in my mind. Will this decision make the movement weaker? Are Baba Ramdev's much hyped higly priced range of products any good for comman man? Is misusing and misleading own blind supporters and bringing their life on risk at the Ramleela Maidan in Delhi, expected from a mass leader?. Is the way he tried to flee from there, a sign of great leader? Doesn't Baba have some loose ends which makes him prone to being black-mailed by the government? Though I strongly disagreed to the shameful action taken by govt of India through my post.

In one of my post I raised a question "When the complete infrastructure of democracy is crumbling, what is the guarantee that the Lokpals and Lokpal bill will not meet the same fate? Is it a conspiracy to transfer the power from elected members to a set of non elected members?" Another question here is why the UPA govt will bring a strong anti corruption lokpal bill? Their members are the major beneficiary of the corruption. Why they will axe themselves?

I believe that instead of looking for back door entry, now it is the time that a new national party should be launched by team Anna and honest and educated candidates who have proven themselves in their fields should be given ticket. They should take the message in every corner of India. India will definitely vote for change! Once in power they can reciprocate upon the trust by voters. They can bring the strong Lokpal, Right to recall, Right to Reject and every act necessary for people and for India.

Still I support Anna, Baba or anyone who are up for these movement. I support with a hope that something good will happen which is not expected either from the two largest alliances UPA and NDA or some one else. Hope our children will have a better life and they will not have to suffer they way we are.

Missing my daughter whom I am going to join next week after more than a month. Skype and VoIP are wonderful but cannot replace the emotional hugs and touch.

ऐश्वर्या रानी बिलकुल छोटी
दुबली पतली जरा न मोटी
बाल में उसके हैं दो चोटी

नयन मनोहर सुन्दर गोटी
दांते जैसे चमचम मोती
पूरी हुयी है सारी मनौती
है अब आँखों की वो ज्योति

किसी से भी जरा न डरती
खूब शरारत करती रहती

Conceived, future leaders of Bihar!

First ever Patna marathon still remains a dream. Why this happened is not so important. Important is to learn from this and have better planning and preparation for next time.

What makes Facebook different is its ability to perform and extremely stressful conditions where it handles gracefully "hundreds of millions of requests per second". An ordinary site usually does not even survive thousand requests per second. Thats makes Facebook different and extraordinary. Same is true with human.

It will be interesting to see if team PM will break into pieces, listen to the energy suckers, start pointing at one another, lose all the hope and interest and give up eventually. Alternatively, they will withstand this acid test and come up stronger and convert this adversity into opportunity and doom into a boom. Swami Vivekanand has said "Each work has to pass through these stages — ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance". A infinite zeal and courage to pass through all of these stages.

Dr. Harivansh Rai "Bachchan" said "मन का हो तो अच्छा, ना हो तो ज्यादा अच्छा". If your wish come true, it's good. If not, even better as that is God's wish. And he has different plans for you". Few days back team PM has informed that they need to arrange Rs. 15 lakhs as some key sponsors backed off. There wee many other concerns raised every now and then. I believe that happens with every event and continues even after endlessley. The need is to identify those risks and have proper mitigation strategy.

Also as lot of people have donated to this cause, it will be good idea to ask them if they would like to make the account statements public and give them option to have the money. Another idea is to fix the money for may be 100 days or under another guaranteed scheme.

The positive side is that PM initiative (in subsequent to BEN) has built hope and brought the dreamers together which will lead the foundation of dream Bihar where every corner will have non-stop electricity, fast internet, abundant employment opportunities, quality hospitals, schools and roads. In short, we have health, wealth and harmony for everyone.

Dream Bihar and dream India will not be built by incompetent leaders who became so because of luck, charisma or buttering and mostly claim development on paper and indulge themselves in extreme corruption, deceiptful illusion, skilled indirection, total inaction, umpteen pretention, neverending procrastination character assasination, might demonstration and so on. The need is that we get millions of star instead of one sun or superstar. Single superstar trend leads to parasitism which have been hurting state and country consistently.

PM/BEN movements have conceived and connected the future leaders of Bihar, thousands of shining stars. The kind of energy, motivation, cooperation and harmony demonstrated has been incredible, laudable and most welcome. By leaders I mean not only limited to political leadership but in broader aspects like visionary, entrepreneur, social, achievers leaders.

I wish everyone for a better tomorrow!

Singh, the CEO of SPR Group asked a question on Facebook: "Long awaited meeting of SIPB was scheduled for 14th Feb and postponded at last moment where over 113 applications are pending for approval. Investors are running behind industry department for the same since Aug 2011 as last meeting was held on 28thSep11 in which applications till July were taken up. Bihar is developing and became investors friendely?"

Truely frustrating!

Being an aspiring entrepreneur and small investor in IT Sector, I believe that Bihar can become important outsourcing destination in no time as you can get a resource for as low as 5000-10000 a month. However I can see some loose end which I faced personally and that need to be fixed. Unlike from big investors, small/medium investors are least tolerant and less equipped to handle adverse conditions, negligence, exploitations. This is loss for Bihar.

Let us see how the Global Summit on Changing Bihar 2012 is going to affect Bihar. Bihar spends lot of money every year for branding but private investment is not hapening as expected. At least let us hope for some results now. Otheriwse this year too prominent person invited on tax payers money will deliver their message and go back. The real investors who will attend the summit on their personal cost will continue to be in dilemma!

Another point is that trying to attract big investers is good thing. Big projects will have bigger time line of setup and prodcution and cuase greater growth for Bihar in long run. Additionally, focus should be on small investors as well.

Thousands of small investors residing out of Bihar have ideas, small seed funds and keen interest to invest in Bihar. They can significantly contribute in real growth of Bihar and they can start real quick. For that is required encouraging business conditions absolutely free of sarkari babu attitude.

Try googling about it, you will not find much meaningful information like contact, address, how, what, functions, procedures, clarification etc. A dedicated website would be required backed by powerful workflow system. So that investment proposals can made online and tracked till closure. A dedicated call center with online chat will help and attract startup investors as well."
